  In order to work for schmolz and bickenbach in Streetsboro... You must go through a temp service or staffing agency and the positions are temp to hire in. The streetsboro location consists of 5 production workers and a manager. The experience there was horrible and that is why I worked there for 3 months through a temp agency, you don't ever have a set time to get off from your shift. There are 2 shifts in streetsboro, I recommend that NO ONE works for schmolz and bickenbach unless it's your only option. I worked 1st shift as a packer for schmolz and bickenbach in Streetsboro, OH and the shift is supposed to be from 8 to 4 30 but that is not the case at all because I worked at least 10 to 12 hours a day with only a 30 minute lunch break, I am still thinking about calling(OHSHA) and telling them the manager runs the facility like it's a sweatshop in Taiwan. The manager pretty much tells you when your allowed to leave and 95 percent of the time you will work 10 to 12 hrs except the manager and he does not let anyone have a break besides a 30 minute lunch break, the manager is a liar and he's as lazy as they come, he sits in his office from 6 am then he leaves from 11 30 am and takes an hour lunch and comes back and leaves at 3 pm, NOTICE how I said he takes an hour lunch everyday and the employees are only allowed to have a 30 minute lunch break without any other breaks. The only thing the manager does besides writing up bills for freight is yelling at his employees when something goes wrong, he is by far the worst manager you will ever come across in a manufacturing industry and his name is TOM WILCOX... This job is also fast paced and as a packer you will need to band multiple skids as well as load and unload trucks and oh you have to sign for most of the products that come in from ups or FedEx and go take the supplies to the maanger who is too lazy to get up and sign for the products himself... these statment's about this company are 100 percent true and btw the production workers are ok for the most part but 2 of them, I will say those 2 production workers will give you good advice on how to do your job but if you screw one thing up then you are their worst enemy, only trust 2 of the production workers there, one on 1st shift and one on 2nd shift, DON'T EVER TRUST THE 2nd shift production leader, he will throw you under the bus for the smallest thing! OH AND BTW THE CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG, AND THE TURNOVER RATE FOR THE PACKING POSTION IS UNBELIEVABLE, there have been 98 people in 7 years that have been let go and I have never heard anything like that out of any company... SO IF YOU WANT TO WORK FOR A SHADY MANAGER THEN BE MY GUEST...
